On July 18, 2019, the "Sixth China Energy Storage Industry Tour and Research Group" jointly organized by the Energy Storage Application Branch of the China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association, the Battery Professional Committee of the Chinese Electrotechnical Society, the Energy Storage Technology Group of the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the China Energy Storage Network entered GSSTES. GSSTES has made careful arrangements for this research activity, which is mainly divided into three parts: laboratory visit, exchange and discussion, and project visit.

At the same time, different charging and discharging rates are selected according to actual application scenarios and on-site environments to improve battery life, which helps to provide the safety and reliability of energy storage systems.

The centralized control chain PCS has multiple independent inputs, with each channel connected to a battery pack for precise management and intelligent control, completely solving problems such as uneven battery pack voltage and inconsistent discharge rates.

At present, the energy storage industry in China is still in the early demonstration stage, and technology and standardization need to be improved. It requires the joint efforts of the national energy department, industry associations, and energy storage enterprises to promote it; Especially energy storage safety has become a common topic in the industry, and we hope to achieve it through national standards, safety mechanisms, and technological research and development; In terms of profit models, he also called on policy departments to study practical and feasible methods as soon as possible. Without subsidies, they should establish market-oriented mechanisms to enhance the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of energy storage enterprises, obtain ideal investment returns from the market, and truly leverage the technological advantages of enterprises to create brands and contribute to the global ecological environment and energy structure transformation.

Secretary General Liu stated that it is highly commendable that GSSTES can view the development of the energy storage industry from the perspective of the industry. At present, most of the domestic energy storage industry is in the stage of application demonstration, and there are some problems and bottlenecks in technology, standards, safety, cost, recycling, and profit models. However, in recent years, policy guidance for the energy storage industry has been continuously introduced from the central to local levels, and the National Energy Administration has also frequently conducted research projects in the field of energy storage technology application. This clearly demonstrates the high importance that policy departments attach to the energy storage industry. We believe that these problems will be fully improved in the future, and at this stage, we still need to spend some time to demonstrate and promote technological progress in the energy storage industry.
Secretary General Liu highly praised the independent innovation capability of JGSSTES, especially the centralized control chain intelligent energy storage solution, which fully unleashes the scientific and economic value of batteries in cascading utilization. This disruptive technology has played a crucial role in solving BMS problems for different manufacturers, addressing one-time issues, and cost control issues.

No.3 Visit to Project
After the meeting, leaders from both sides visited two 6MWh energy storage projects located in Xi'an, which use Jingshi Technology's centralized control chain PCS and intelligent energy storage management system.
The project has a system efficiency of up to 90%, which is in a leading position in the industry. Secretary General Liu Yong gave high praise and also received recognition from other experts in the research team.
